Individual counselling
One-to-one therapy that moves at a pace that feels right for you. We can take time to understand what you’re experiencing, explore the patterns underneath it, and find ways of navigating things that feel more manageable in everyday life.
Children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Couples and family counselling
For couples and families who want to understand each other better and find a different way of relating.
We slow things down and make the invisible patterns more visible — what happens between you, what sits underneath the conflict, and what each person may be needing but struggling to express. From there, we can create space for more honest conversations, connection, and repair.
Couples & marriage — communication, trust, intimacy, conflict, and repair after hurt.
Family — navigating difficult or changing relationships with parents, siblings, or adult children.

Extended counselling
Sometimes 50 minutes just isn’t quite enough. Extended sessions offer more room to slow down, go deeper, or stay with something that needs a little more time.
These sessions may be helpful for working through a lot of history in an initial session, trauma-focused work, or couples who are working through something particularly important or difficult.

ICBC-funded counselling
If you have an open ICBC claim following a motor vehicle accident, your counselling may be covered through ICBC.
For the first 12 weeks after an accident, counselling is generally pre-approved, so you can begin without a doctor’s referral or separate approval from ICBC. I bill ICBC directly where your claim allows it, so in most cases there is nothing for you to pay upfront or submit for reimbursement. Coverage is ICBC’s decision rather than mine; if a session is not covered, the session fee applies and I will tell you before that happens.
To get started, I’ll need
- Your date of birth
- Date of the accident
- ICBC claim number
- Personal Health Number (PHN)
If it has been more than 12 weeks since your accident, counselling may still be covered. I’ll submit a treatment plan to ICBC for approval and guide you through the process, so you don’t have to navigate the paperwork on your own.

CVAP-funded counselling
If you’ve experienced a violent crime and are eligible for support through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), counselling may be covered as part of your benefits. I can help make the process feel a little easier by working with you on the required paperwork and billing CVAP directly where applicable.
To get started, we can review your CVAP benefits and coverage together and talk through what you’ll need to begin.

Areas of support
Whichever service you begin with, this is the kind of thing people bring — anxiety and worry, low mood, grief, burnout, and the weight of things that happened a long time ago.
Explore every area in depthDirect billing and insurance
Direct billing is available with several major insurance providers, so using your benefits can be a little simpler. A receipt with the necessary registration details is provided after each session.
Coverage varies from plan to plan, so it’s a good idea to check with your provider before your first session to confirm whether Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) services are covered under your plan.

Cancellations
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are charged at the full session fee.
We understand that unexpected things come up. If something unexpected or urgent comes up, please reach out, genuine emergencies are always considered with care.
If cost is a concern, please feel welcome to ask about reduced-fee options. A limited number of spaces are available.

That is such a common place to begin. Tell me about it in your own words, and we will find the starting point together.
