What sessions cost.
Written down plainly, before you are asked to commit to anything. If a fee is a barrier for you, please say so rather than ruling therapy out.

ICBC-funded sessions
With an open ICBC claim, sessions are billed straight to ICBC and cost you nothing upfront. See Services for what I need to get started.

CVAP-funded sessions
If you are eligible for support through the Crime Victim Assistance Program, counselling may be covered as part of your benefits and billed to CVAP where applicable. See Services for how it works.

Reduced-cost counselling
If cost is a concern, please feel welcome to ask about reduced-fee options. A limited number of spaces are available, including through Open Path Collective.

Direct billing, insurance, and receipts
Direct billing is available with several major insurers, which can mean less out of pocket at the time of your session. Where a plan does not allow it, you will get a receipt with my registration details after every session — it is worth checking your plan’s wording for the specific designation before you begin.
Cancellations
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are charged at the full session fee.
We understand that unexpected things come up. If something unexpected or urgent comes up, please reach out, genuine emergencies are always considered with care.
Still working out what fits?
The first fifteen minutes are free, and cost is a completely reasonable thing to ask about in them.
