“Healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with yourself, and creating a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful.”

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or experiences from the past that still shape the present. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re experiencing, without having to figure it all out on your own.

I became a therapist because I have always been curious about what lies beneath the surface, the stories we carry, the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others, and the patterns that can follow us through life. I am someone who values honesty, warmth, and, importantly, humour. I don’t believe every therapy conversation needs to feel heavy. Sometimes being able to laugh, feel comfortable, and be yourself is part of feeling safe enough to do the harder work.

My experience includes working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use, self-esteem, identity, relationships, and major life changes. I’ve had the opportunity to support people through very different stages of life and circumstances, and those experiences have taught me that there is rarely one simple explanation for what someone is going through.

As a South Asian immigrant, I know that culture, family, identity, and belonging can add their own layers to our experiences. I bring that awareness with me, while recognizing that everyone’s relationship with these things is deeply personal.

Areas of support

Who I Work With

Children, adolescents, young adults, and couples.

Collaborative, trauma-informed, and adapted to you. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based approaches.

Beyond the Sessions

Outside of work, I love spending time with my loved ones, travelling, learning new languages, and painting. I enjoy trying new things, discovering new places, and finding joy in the little things. I’m still figuring things out too, and maybe that’s part of what makes me human.

Begin With a Free Consultation.
